Food fiasco

My family and I are big supporters of KFC, it's convenient, fast, friendly staff and great food. But now, I don't know if we will ever trust KFC again. We stopped going to the KFC at the East Rand Mall as the chicken is so burnt, you can actually taste the smoke of the too hot oil. Last night, we went to KFC in Primrose, our new favourite KFC, although it's quite out of our way, it's the closest one other than ERM and whilst the service as always was oustanding, the food was horrible! We ordered the Family Treat 8 piece with 3 sides - mash, pops and burgers. The mash had no taste whatsoever, the chicken did not taste or smell like KFC at all, rather some plastic chicken that would not be save for anyone to eat. We wasted R140 on food we had to through away - I was even too scared to give it to my dogs in fear they would get sick! This is so dissapointing KFC, I cannot even begin to express my dissapointment!
