Fast food that takes more than 5 minutes

Good day,

I just purchased food from the KFC branch on Nelson Mandela Street in Witbank. We ordered our food and the teller went to the back after finding out that our mash/gravy wasn't there as well as the snack burgers. There was an elderly gentlman ahead of us as well who was also waiting for about 5 minutes for his food. There were two people after us that received their food including 7 snack burgers between the 2 of them. We were made to wait while the other customers received their foods ahead of us. The store was rather busy at the time which I can understand but the fact remains that others after us were served before. I just feel that it is a poor reflection the staff and how they treat the customers that support the store. Please understand that this is no form of or anything of that nature, it is just that we pay for service that we should receive. I also feel that I should mention that we were polite to the server and even offered the 2 rand hope. Please address this matter so that others don't need to be dealt with in the same fashion.
