Very Slow and bad service

I visited Dross Restaurant last week Monday, as it was the Burger special and suspected very good fast and sufficient service, but that was not what I got, on the other hand after placing the drinks order me and my friends waited 25minutes for the drinks to arrive. The starter was ordered with the drinks and I only got it bout 15min later. The crumbed mushrooms was tasteless and watery. After the waiter came again we ordered the meals that was burgers and to my surprising it came within 15min, but the food was cold and plate hot. But the worse off all after the whole meal was completed by us, we had to look where the waiter is to get the bill as the place wasn't that busy anymore and they were busy clearing the floor. I promised myself and my friends that it will be my first and last time that I would go there just because of the service got from the waiter. They should really up their standerds and service.
