Bad Food Complaint

I have eaten at almost every branch Chicken Licken has in the KZN, GP and Freestate area. The best Chicken Licken branch is by far Newcastle and Amanzimtoti is quicly climbing the ladder to the worst branch ever, even passing Vryheid, that is not an easy accomplishment! I normally don't judge a place by the first time I eat there cause it could have been a bad day for me or for the people serving my food, but twice in a row is not acceptable! And that both the best and the worst is located in KZN is somewhat of a surprise to me. The chicken tasted like it was made this morning and the "supposed" to be XL hotwings looked like they hacked up a small chick! And normally they don't up on the tomato salsa, but hey, they did! Tomato and cucumber tasted stale and old and even the sauce tasted funny. I love Chicken Licken and would only post this as an early warning that they will start loosing all their customers pretty soon if they don't get Toti branch and the rest up to standard. My order normally consist of a family full house 6 with 2 salsa sides 3 x chicky licky and 3 x XL hotwing cause I have a big family! But if the bad service&food does not change I'm changing to new fav!
