Pathetic telephone etiket

Called to place an order which I do on a weekly basis and was informed they do not deliver to my area anymore, all that was said is we fired the person because of sending out the delivery person to far areas. I was informed to phone the franchise owner who was said to be Me. Engelbrecht, to my shock I realised that the phone number supplied wasn't even on the network, again I phoned the store to obtain the correct phone number and I was told, umm e ahh this is the number? First when I enquired delivery I haven't even specify where to and they said absolute nothing and spoke to another person about doing a delivery, I heard how the person mumbled something and then I was told sorry. Is this the service regular customers get? Pathetic if you ask me, I'll rather order from another Pizza Perfect as the customer service is pathetic. Wonder what other complaints there are against this specific Pizza Perfect Franchise.
