Forever forgetting to ask if paying by card

Your call centre agent on Sat 10th Aug, about 2.15pm hung up without asking how we will pay-only had card payments available. This is the 2nd time its happened with this branch.

But the call centre agent brushed it off when we phoned back & was rude, refused to apologise.
