I am so tired of dealing with this incompetent call centre. I registered for the WW healthyfood benefit in March. Despite me clearly stating to the call centre agent it was for MY WW card and MY Discovery card the agent unbeknownst to me only linked my husband's WW card. For months I could not understand why I was not getting any cash back and agent upon agent explaining to me that I had not spent enough (I buy the groceries, not my husband). Eventually I worked out what had happened and phoned (for the 6th time) in August and the agent verified and corrected this. Great - now I am actually getting the numbers... but still no cash back. Now Vitality is blaming the Card Division. I DON"T CARE WHO IS AT FAULT - JUST FIX THE PROBLEM!!! I have called no less than 8 times, spoken to 8 different people who keep making empty promises about escalating the problem but NOBODY ACTUALLY TAKES CHARGE AND FIXES THE PROBLEM?! I now feel that this is false advertising on Discovery's part and that it is all a money-making scheme for you.
