Instruction given to call centre agent - never don

I received my sim card delivery from Autopage 27 November. I phoned the very same day to activate my sim card. I was informed by the consultant I don't have a cell number yet, I will only have one, once the sim has been activated.
Trying to use the card on 2nd Desember, the card was still not working. I phoned autopage once again, only to be told that the instruction was never put through to activate the card, she will request it again.
In the mean time I'm paying for a service that's not active. I now have to wait another 48hours for activation

Service from call centre agents in general leaves much to be desired, but I expected a bit more from Auto page
