Unable to deliver credit card

On the 6th of September I got a call from African Bank regarding a credit card that I qualify for. We did the application over the phone and everything was approved. The call centre agent said the card would take approx 5 working days to be delivered and did mentioned that there is a system issue sending the delivery info to the courier service but this should be fixed before Wednesday the 11th. On the 13th I call the call centre to get some feedback on the status of the delivery. The agent said that the issue is still not fixed and they are working on the issue. So on the 14th I went to a branch to find out if I cant collect a card from them. When I spoke to the lady at the branch she was so confused, she had no idea what was going on and could not help me. So I said I'll wait till Monday (16th) to speak to the agent again. Yesterday the agent phone me to tell me the issue is still not resolved. So today I was unable to get hold of the agent (She even put me on hold for over 15 min until she can go home at 5).

How much longer is this going to take? At the end I'm going to pay a instalment for a credit card which I don't have. This is unacceptable!!!
