St. Elmo's
Waiting 2hours for you Pizza?

So we decided on St. Elmos for Dinner tonight... wish I never did.

I called to place my order, all went well. Order completed at 18h15 and they said the Pizza can be collected between 15 - 25 min of ordering (thank goodness I didn't go for delivery). So we went to collect the pizza at about 18h30. When we came there... it was CHAOS!

Being in the Hospitality industry myself, I understand sometimes things are just a bit crazy and spin out of control, so I patiently waited my turn. 30 min passed and they were only at order 70 odd (bearing in mind, my order was 83). I still continued to wait quietly, not saying word. Another 30 min passed, still nothing. No I was getting irritated. About 30 min later I release that they are on order 90-something!! WHERE IS MY ORDER? Almost 2hours in... and nothing!

Needless to say, I went to cancel my order (and get my money refunded - note to self to check this!). This is the most ridicules service I have EVER experienced! I called Romans Pizza... they said pizza will be ready in 10min. I drove to Plattekloof, when I came there, the Pizzas were ready! AMZAING!!!

CIAO St. Elmos... HELLO Romans! I will never go back to St. Elmos Again!
