Bad Attitude Delux

We went to get Cuppa-Cakes about 10 minutes ago. Hloni took our order at the intercom and we proceded to the next window. She didnt even tell us the amount - just stuck her hand out the window to take the money. I gave her my eBucks card (because it is accepted by McDonalds) and she outright refused to take it.. She then waved her hands for us to move on - not please proceed.. we asked her about 5 times why they dont take it and she just ignored us. So we pulled up the handbrake and refused to move and held up the queue. Eventually the manager came out and asked what the problem is. During the whole time Hloni just refused to answer any questions and just waved her hand out the window to drive on. The manager said she would "discipline" her. Like that will happen.
Disgusting attitude.
Some people are actually grateful for their jobs - Hlondi clearly isnt.
I will be sending an email to eBucks aswell regarding this incident. What is the point of having an ebucks card if it isnt accepted at the supposed "participating" stores.
