So Dissapointed - You wont see us again!!!

Yesterday 4-08-2013 we visited your first "drive through" restaurant in the Free State, Curie Avenue Bloemfontein. What a disappointment!!!

1. How can it be a drive through if you spend almost half an hour to get your food?
2. When we finally got to the serving window, the lady took our slip to "check the order, yet we still had the wrong order and we spent another couple of minutes handing back the incorrect orders.
3. Finally we thought we are on our why... only to find that everything was cold!!! the chicken on the burgers was basically still frozen, the drumsticks in the kids meals was ice cold!!!
4. The children did not receive their toys which lead to further disappointment!!!

A lot of people have indicated that they have had similar experiences with your new drive through...

If this is the service you are going to give rather close down now... Because you've lost a lot of good clients already!!!
