I am extremely upset by the treatment my mother received at KFC in Brackenfell in Old Paarl road on 31 July. My 60 year old mother ordered and paid for a small coleslaw and stood waiting at the counter for her salad for 13 minutes after she paid for her order.

This while 7 other customers who were behind her placed their much larger orders, and she had to stand there and watch them receive their orders while she was kept waiting for 13 minutes for a small salad that is already packaged and that the staff only had to take out of the fridge.

How dare you keep an old lady waiting for 13 minutes while other customers who were behind her received their MUCH LARGER orders before her? The third customer after my mother was a coloured lady who had ordered a very large order and my mother had been waiting a long time and then the lady received her meal a long time before my mother received her salad. My mother is an old lady and DOESN'T deserve this obvious treatment from your staff!

I feel grossly disrespected by your shop and don't know how you can treat an old person this way keeping her standing for13 minutes

And no a R15 voucher won't make up for the treatment she receiv
