Treatment of guests

First at vacation club, sun city as my mother walked through the doors, she turned around at the crowd of employees standing at the door (with no purpose besides making guests feel uncomfortable), at which they were mocking my mother imitating her. I found that very very rude and as a HOLIDAY resort we expect quality service. Then we go to The Deli, the shop at Vacation Club, the popcorn we bought was full of ants which we understand. But the cashier Caroline answered the phone making us wait, we were already waiting because they are very slow and lost, as the caller was on the phone speaking, she took the phone away from her ear, put it down, then she put it back to her ear after a while and said 'hold on' and called another lady working there at which the lady just stood there while some poor guest was holding on for so long. This is not the first time something like this has happened at Sun City especially at Vacation Club.
