First impressions last

I have just arrived home after waiting a little longer than usual at Steers, Boardwalk Inkwazi. What made me wait with a smile on my face and patience that we as society don't have much of these days (besides realizing that Whacky Wednesday is busier than other days), are the two lovely and lively young ladies that serve the public at this store. Their warm, welcoming (and genuine) smiles greet you and you instantly feel that Steers indeed was the best choice for a burger tonight. "Please phone in your order ahead next time and by the time you you get here, we'll have it ready for you. Keep your receipt, here's our number." These girls are keepers, they surely are gems and a very valuable commodity to any business in these rocky financial times. Big pat on the backs girls, I hope you're appreciated and well looked after, you definitely deserve it!
