Tired of complainiing

Went to KFC Value centre last Friday at 18:00. Spend R150 per week plus there. Just to find out after waiting to take my order there was no gravy. "They forgot to make" the unfriendly girl with the painted on eyebrows said. "They forgot to make, it will take 40 minutes. 40???

Tired of this, not gonna write a SA again about this. What bad management!!! Last time I just got a I am sorry in the post. Really, is it worth it???
