On the 2nd of September my mother visited your branch to make a deposit. As the ATM machine had a very long que she decided to go into the branch. There she stood for more than an hour, and to make it worst, there was only two tellers servicing the customers. How can you have such short staff over a busy month-end. Whilst standing in the que, for more than an hour my 79 year old mother collapsed. She hit her head very hard and she was out of it, as she did not know what was happening with her afterwards. Only after she fell, your staff members took the initiative to help. It is very sad that elderly people have to go through such an ordeal within a branch. The service advisor is suppose to assist people throughout, but there was no assistance for my mother. Even afterwards nobody even took the liberty of accompaning her home, Anything could have happened, and the consequences could have been much worse. How can you expect an elderly person to stand in your ques for so long. Nobody even offered a chair or some other kind of assistance. I feel that a gesture of goodwill towards my mother would be appreciated, as she is still not feeling well, after the incident.
