Stressful eating experience

My son, daughter and I ordered our food around 12:20. Forty minutes later we were still waiting and I went to the manager at Envy (the food is prepared here) and complained. My daughter's meal was served which she hurriedly ate then left to go back to varsity. The sandwiches that my son and I ordered were not served. We then had to wait a further 15 minutes and I had to complain again before the food eventually arrived. When it did the chips were cold, the salmon on my son's sandwich was negligible, there was barely any cheese on my sandwich, the tomato had made the panini soggy and the cucumber I had requested was not provided. I then demanded that they give us extra salmon, cheese and cucumber. The manager came to enquire whether we were now satisfied and I told him that this service was totally unacceptable.
When I asked for the bill there was a problem at the till and we had to wait for a further 10 minutes. The entire experience was extremely stressful and most unpleasant.
If I was running the restaurant I would not have charged the patrons for putting them through this disastrous experience.
