Disgusted & Very dissapointed

Me and my work collegues ordered food from Fishaways in Radburg/Fountain Blue.
I order the hake & chips for R25.90 (F8).
In the 1st place my food was cold.
The chips is DRY and im chocking from the chips, thats how dry it is.
My Fish is HORRIBLE, its like RUBBER.

I always buy from Fishaways in Bergbron and i am always satisfied but this time i bought from a different fishaways and :
I AM SO UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED.
