On Saturday the 20th July 2013 at about 9.20 pm I went into the fish aways/ steers store and placed an order for burgers and made sure I told the teller that I DO not want any bar b Que sauce in the burgers I mentioned this three times. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

I went home and when opened the burgers there was bar b Que sauce in all the burgers. I then got very upset and decided to call the store to ask them to send somebody with the right order the manager said there was no body to send and gave the phone to the teller and the teller refused to accept that there was bar b Que sauce in all the burgers, so I offered to bring back the burgers provided that steers would re-imburse me for the fuel.

I would like to point out that I had no apology from the teller or replacement of the meal. this is not the only time this has happened. the previous week we ordered prawn pops' and were given fish pops.

The staff are simply not interested or motivated to serve the customer the atmosphere in the store is very laid back and they can not take orders correctly (even after repeating the order three times).very bad this happens on an on going basis.
