Stale burgers

At around 10 pm i bought 12 steer burgers on our trip back from Namibia at the Steers in Upington (Engen garage) after leaving Upinton, we tried to eat the burgers but realized they were terribly stale and there was no sauce on them. this is unacceptable as we where driving though the night to Pretoria and we needed the food to keep us going. we ended up throwing them away because all 12 were stale and completely dry. we could not turn around at that point and go back to Steers as we were already on the highway heading to Pta.

i would like this matter to be resolved promptly.
