Dry food and half beef petty

I went to buy food for me and my husband yesterday in Protea Mall, bought Mcfeast deluxu for my hubby and a Big Mac for me and went home. when I got home and took out the take aways and my hubby noticed the was no smokey source and Mayo and I open mine too and the was no mayo or whatever source they put and my top beef pety was half again. I once bought food at Protea Mall and went back in the morning to the manage with the same food that was supposed to be eaten yesterday and showed him the food with half beef petties as if rats feed into it and the other burger had no pety at all and he was surprised and gave me another order and sincerely apologied with good manner. Yesterday it was untolarable for me to get same service twice I was really shocked and disappointed. Honestly staff is all good and sweet though food big time, same mistake twice.
