Hello allis,

I apologise for the late reply, Hellopeter failed to email me the notification that there was a complaint.

As per my emailed correspondence, I did not receive sufficient information from you in order to follow up on your complaint

This is your pathetic response to my numerous complaints, and 8 days later, do you actually understand and believe in customer service and ensuring your customers are happy??? I have emailed you personally, please explainto me how I am supposed to keep a slip for that long? And aslo explain to me why you can not go and view your surveillance to check? According to the Manager and you this is your policy and I quote your words: "Customers may not specify which pieces they require with their meals at Chicken Licken" While this maybe your policy the pieces one recieves in their two piece meal is so small it is equilavent to one piece at Gateway. Also explain to me how some store do give you what you request and I promise you I can prove this? You are the worst fast food place in South Africa with no regard for your loyal customers. I will be taking this up further, all I hear is red tape and excuses.
