STALE BREAD and INCONSISTENT PRODUCT

I am very disappointed and angry as I literally buy a sandwich or wrap from Kauai almost every single day and for that support I expect a good product!!! I just bought a Cheddar and avo sandwich and the bread must be A WEEK old it was like chewing on cardboard!!! I also find that every time I buy a wrap the flavour and size is almost always inconsistent!!! this is unacceptable as if i buy a wrap and pay R35 I want a decent size wrap not a sample!!! Due to this i will no longer be supporting or recommending Kauai to anyone unless this is rectified!!!
