I'll never ever buy from Chicken Licken Boksburg!!

So, here I was ordering two Rock My Souls (3 piece), one of them (3 piece box) was so dry you could swear it was a chicken biltong! I returned the meat for an exchange but what I got from the ladies there was bad attitude and sheer rudeness. They said my complaint was invalid but the meat, one could see was not fit for Rock My Soul 3, maybe it could fit Rock my soul 1/4. Nonetheless the ladies were just plain rude when I asked for my money back and treated me like a beggar! I was utterly disgusted at the attitude shown by Nonkululeko (Cashier) and the inability of the manager to deal with the situation. This was the worst manager ever! The guy is clueless, doesn't want to know what's the problem or am I satisfied with the service received. I will stick to other fast foods outlets, I vote with my pocket! But Nonkululeko is a bad rep for your company and she needs serious customer care training. I am so disapponited in your outlet and I have been a loyal customer since it was opened. I will never ever set foot there! Keep your biltong chicken and I will keep my money!
