Terrible Service

I am utterly disappointed with the service from CHICKEN LICKEN at GATEWAY. My 4 friends and I went to chicken licken and we do not eat the breast piece so we asked the lady there to swap the piece she said that we could not and called the manager. When we asked the manager (YVONNE NAIDOO) if we could swap the piece she said that we could not and we should eat the piece that we get. How can we pay for something that we do not eat. It's not like we asked for free food we are paying customers and i think we should be entitled to swap a piece if we do not eat it.
