After my last complaint to Chicken licken dated 05 November 2013, their head office sent me an e-mail stating they cant get hold of the store owner. To date I haven't had any feedback from the store owner. Now I understand why chicken Licken once shut down while it was one of the best competitor against KFC in the 1980's. They don't care about their customers or their reputation as a brand. If a manager fails to adhere to its customers what more about the food they serve. I am utterly disgusted by their response time as for the attitude of the store owner it is ridiculous. He needs a demotion.
