A bit of a rip off

Last night I purchased a Full Pack Meal at your Table View store and asked for the chicken to be cut into 8 pieces. When we opened our dinner, it was quite clear that this was not a chicken that had been cut up as some of the portions were very small and missing meat and skin i.e the thighs. This was pieces of different chickens that had been given as a whole chicken. In theory, I suppose this is correct but in practice you are getting one small piece and one medium piece in some instances. Is this a way of ripping the customer off? Are you in fact getting a whole chicken from the same chicken? The small box of coleslaw was also not full to the top. Another way of short changing the customer? The meal price has now risen to R159 which is quite steep if one is not getting value for money. I have taken a picture of the pieces if you would like me to email them to you. We buy Nandos regularly but I will not continue to do so if I feel that I'm being ripped off.
