So after buying a below par cake from melissas I gave them a ring the very next day, spoke to a manager and explain that the cake we bought was not made correctly. He then told me he will call back in a few minutes and took my details. 3hours went by and I've decided to call back, spoke to a different manager by the name of Alwyn. He apologised and said he would full refund me or he would give me a other cake. Got to the store and he had a large red velvet cake along with a gift card waiting for me. To top it off he ask if myself and partner would like a cup of coffee on the house. Got home and let's just say that, that was the best red velvet cake I've ever had and I buy one at least every week. So I'd just like to thank Alwyn for going well and beyond what I've expected from Melissas.
