An UNHAPPY BIRTHDAY

On the 12th of April I went to order my sons 5th birthday cake at the bakery, after waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Went they eventually came, they took my details and wrote it on a packet. They confirmed everything and I asked several times is there anything that I must do. The lady told me that no I just pay on the day that I collect the cake etc. On Wednesday the 17th of April I went back to collect the cake and was met with horror as there was no cake!! I was informed that because I did not pay, they did not bake the cake. They had all my details but never phoned to confirm with me! I was livid, I promised my son his cake and then I had to disappoint him buy buying a cheapie cake. The bakery manager wanted to make my son a cake in 20min and refused because it would of not been of the same quality. The store manager apologised and phoned me on my cell later to wich I responded, but she has left her shift and never gave me a follow up. I am not writing to get freebies, but to make you aware of the bad service that is happening at your stores. Service is the back bone of any retail store, and I am an extreme unhappy customer because I had dissapiont
