KFC
2yr old Food Poisoning

On the 7th of May 2013 my 2yr old ate a snack burger. Later that evening he started vomiting and had a fever. I took him to the Dr just after 7 the next morning and food poisoning was confirmed. A sample of the burger was sent for testing results are 8400 bacteria per 1 mg and 70 Coliforms per 1mg. I have gone through all of kfc's protocols without a resolution form you except to give me another meal. I have spoken to the health department and laid a formal complaint with them. What I have been trying to figure out from all this is how can kfc's bacteria standards be 10 000 per 1mg, can you even imagine how much bacteria a 2 yr old will consume in a small snack burger and think it wont be harmful to them? With regards to the coliforms before you tell me again its not harmful do your research. Where there are high amounts of coliforms fecal matter is present. I will voice my disgust in kfc and the products you sell. We make use of establishments as kfc to provide food that will not harm our family's in any way. I want this matter resolved as soon as possible.
