Argue before replacing BAD food

My order was a slider snack 2 and a hotwings snack. I went away for a maximum of 3 to 4min. As I started having my meal I realised that everything was perfect except 1 of my slider snack burgers was ice cold. Farida the manager put an argument up refusing to replace it. Farida's argument was that I was gone for a while. Funny enough EVERYTHING was hot except for the 1 burger.

Ps. The COLD burger was the first bite of my meal.
