Food poisoning and unedible kiddies burge

We purchased a full chicken and one kiddies burger meal on Saturday 1 June 2013. My 4 year old struggled to eat her burger and on further inspection the chicken patty was rock hard. It was so hard I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. It was by far the worst food ever served to me and posed a health hazard to my child due to possible choking. We phoned nando's rooihuiskraal to report the matter. The manager said that we can get a free kiddies meal when we come again. My husband ate the chicken we ordered and mentioned that it was the worst tasting nando's he has ever had (we have been nando's fans for almost 20 years, therefore we know the taste of nandos). My husband mentioned that he felt nauseas right after eating. We went to bed and my husband woke up at 11 o'clock at night vomiting profusely for the next 4 hours. He had classic food poisoning symptoms, since the vomiting did not continue (as with a stomach bug) once his stomach was empty. I phoned Nando's the following monday and reported the matter where I was told that I would be phoned within 48 hours by the call centre. I am still waiting for that call. I am utterly disapointed
by this whole situation!!
