Emergency- manager is rude!

Called this morning trying to get a hold of my nephew needed to give him urgent news regarding a family member that has been hospitalised. After trying to get a hold of my nephew on his mobile decided as a last resort to get a hold of the restuarant just to ask to either quickly speak to my nephew (employee at Fego) or leave a message. What a nightmare, firstly, HOOSEN is rude, he should learn telephone ettiquette, and learn how to treat employees with respect and dignity- they may be waiters but they still human. Whilst i do understand company policies, how does this restaurant deal with emergency news to staff??? ask the caller to call the cell phone- SHAME ON YOU HOOSEN. hope your kids dont ever work for managers like you and owners take time to see that your staff are not bein mistreated by power hungry managers that cant make it elsewhere.
