Fine Dining What a Joke!!

Dear Sir/Madam
This is an extract from your website. "The term fine dining conjures up images of crisp white tablecloths and tuxedo-clad waiters, which we at Blue Feather bring to life with every service. We not only provide our patrons with the finest in food, service, and atmosphere, but exceed expectations by offering the best gastronomic experience in the area."
Because of your misleading website we me came for dinner last Saturday 6 August.
Crisp white tablecloths - not the case as there were blue cloths over them. Tuxedo-clad waiters - ours just had a pair of black jeans on and the barman/manager (I think) was dressed in blue jeans with unwashed greasy hair. This manager? during the evening had a quarrel with one of the staff and we heard him swear at them saying "k" three times. Service - when we had selected a bottle of wine the waiter returned to say they didn't have it but was carring 2 other bottles almost under his armpits. Atmosphere - we arrived and was kept waiting at the door for about 5 mins because there was a customer complaining. These are a few things. There is much more!!!
