Worst dining experience

To whom it may concern. Last night was my 1st dining experience at Adega, and regrettably my last. Upon ordering the Cod Fish? Raz, the waiter, named Victor, returned and told me that this would take long to prepare, about 20 min. I said that's fine. He returned and said the chef said it might take longer than 20 min, once again I was fine with this. He returned a third time and asked me if I could please order something else because the kitchen staff would hate him if I ordered this. I insisted on this dish as it was on the menu and they were in stock, no excuse other than the chef doesn't want to make it because it takes too long. After a while a man came to me and said my dish would take long, I said yes, this fact has been established already and that's fine. After further questioning this man turned out to be the manager, named Lucky. He could not answer any simple questions, did not attempt to apologize and simply stood there like a statue. With bad waiters, an incompetent manager and lazy kitchen staff, this was the last time I set foot in an Adega restaurant. Regards, Mr van Coller.
