Refund-Groupon voucher for Blue Feather restaurant

Groupon and their partner Blue Feather Fine Dining and Bistro issued me with a voucher for: Seven-course fine dining experience for four people Voucher value: R 2, 000.00. I paid R956.00. I received my voucher in good faith and book a table for four people on the 1st of Nov 2013 for the 29th of Dec 2014. The voucher is valid till 28 Feb 2014. We arrived at the restaurant on the 29th of Dec and nobody was there on the security guard. I cannot get hold of this restaurant by phone or by email. I contacted Groupon and told them that I cannot redeem my voucher as the partner is out of business. Nirmal told me that I cannot receive a refund as the 7day cool off period is long gone. I told her it is not about the 7day cool of period this restaurant cannot offer the service I paid for not to me or anyone else that want to eat there. I paid close to a R1000 and cannot even redeem my voucher because it is a gost restaurant. It is now the 16th of Jan and there is still nobody at this restaurant. I want my refund because I paid alot of money for nothing. We also contacted the call centre and spoke to Chinelle Davids who just disappeared into thin air. Can someone please sort this out!
