How to ensure that regular customers NEVER return

I used to eat at Allora on average 3/4 times a week with some of my staff. I am well known to the manager and owner as a regular customer, so much so that they and the waiters even know my regular order. Today I went to the restaurant at lunch time, there was a new waiter who I did not know, I gave him the details of my regular order which included a small side bowl of their paprika sauce. I must add I was their yesterday with some of my staff and had the same order. Today after placing the order the owner comes to my table and has a go at me about ordering the sauce for free and that this is not acceptable. Yesterday and times before they never charged but today all of a sudden the owner decides to have a go at me. I find this totally unacceptable; I will never return to the restaurant and will ensure that everyone in my social and business circle does not support them either. If this is how a regular customer gets treated it does not surprise me that the restaurant is so quiet. There are numerous restaurants in Bedford Centre who know the meaning of customer loyalty - Allora is certainly not one of them.
