Pathetic Service and Wrong Orde

My boyfriend and I came to Allora at Bedford Centre to have a nice dinner. We though Allora looks like such a clasy restaurant and thought it would be nice. We were so wrong!!! The waiter gave us our drink order and gave us a complimentary bread which was heavy and rock hard. We placed our order at 8pm we waited for our food for an HOUR!!! We complained to the manager, we asked for the order slip and that wasn't brought to us. 2min later our order arrived and they got our order wrong. This is so unacceptable from a place that looked so impressive. We will Never go there again after this experience.
