Not getting what you order and pay fo

I've purchased zinger burgers three times this week from KFC and each time i receive my burger it has the regular mayo sauce and not the zinger sauce. This has happened at two different stores in Mafikeng. I think the reason you order a zinger burger is because you want something strong to eat and it is very frustrating when you order something and pay the price you charged, but when you get home or to your office, you have something totally different. What is even more frustrating is that they don't even have the decency to let you know that they do not have the sauce in stock when you order.
