Bad... Bad... horrible!

Hi

The first time I received bad service @ McDonalds Karenpark I took it light thinking the guy was having a bad day, and now again it happened and this time it was even worse, Saturday Midnight me and my girlfriend went to buy something to eat, and SHOCKING attitute by a lady called "Kate", we orderd a meal with chips and when she opened the little window she did NOT even say hi just popped her hand out and when we checked the orfer our chips were not there, after calling her to check, she rudely slammed the window and went to check.

Than we were told to park on the side and wait, than when she came back without apologizing she gave us the meal than when I asked for her name she refused to give me. And again rudely walked away.

What happened to customer service?

Really irritating...!!!
