Not Worth the time

I had some time to kill before going to an appointment so I thought I would go into M&G for a cappuccino. It was 13h35 when I sat down and started reading my book. There were 17 customers in the shop, 6 waiters and a manager (at least I think he was because he was wearing a different colour shirt to the others)

By 13h45 I started looking around for service. Many of them looked at me (or rather through me) without a hint of acknowledgement. Eventually I called one over and asked him if this was self service. He did not reply but looked at another waiter who then came to take my order. He said he thought I had been served.by someone else (although I was at "his" table) I thought I would let it pass.

Time to get the bill and I faced exactly the same situation, except this time " my" waiter was nowhere to be seen. Eventually I walked to their POS where the manager was standing tapping his foot to the beat of the music and told him that if I did not get my bill I would walk out. He called it up. took my money without a hint of concern.

Would I ever chance this place again, maybe for a meal.???

Yeah Right!!!
