Failure on Multiple levels as a Branch

Since the opening of the KFC branch at the petrol station in Pheonix I was impressed with how clean and impressive the branch came across. My experiences in purchasing there have been the complete opposite. Since opening I had purchased possibly 8 times and EVERY purchase had an issue.
The biggest issue is waiting time. I have never waited as long as I have on repeated ocassions to get my meal. Secondly I have dealt with staff who do not listen, and process orders wrong after having it repeated to them more than three times over (These were never orders for more than myself). Orders before lunchtime are disgusting as old pieces of chicken have seemingly been reheated, and are chewy, and hard to congest.
After abstaining from purchasing here since last year December I thought I would try again today. I entered the drive through with two cars ahead of me. It took almost 15 minutes before I got my single Zinger burger. When I got to my office and bit into my burger it was barely warm. It was chewy (because it was not fresh) and I had specifically asked for normal white sauce and not Zinger sauce. They failed here too.
I am not the only person who is sick of this service, Just close
