Bought a "Box meal" - 2 items old / stale

Last night my wife and myself went to KFC Milnerton, i bought a box meal for myself. The lady that helped us, i think her name was Puma, she was the most helpful, friendly cashier i have ever dealt with at that branch and i really hope that she helps me next time i go there. Anyway, i ordered the box meal and changed the burger to a "Zinger". I was given the meal within a minute and stiil said that i was impressed by the quick service as it normally takes a while when they prepare the food (not paying attention that all the contents of my meal / box was actually taken from the warmer).

We arrived home, i opened the Zinger and just by looking at it i could see it wasnt the freshest one i have ever received. The lettuce was all soft and had that off colour look to it, the bun felt hard as if it hard been laying in that warmer the entire day, there was barely any sauce on the burger, which helped it to be even more dry and undesireable than what it already was, but i ate it. I then ate the chips, and they were also hard - they were either undercooked or had been warmed up. I did enjoy the chichen piece and mash as this was fresh.

Not very impressed to say the least!!!
