Office staff disaster lunch

I just arrived at my office from your Maitland branch with the idea of having a nice lunch. We bought 3 Zinger burger meals with chips and cokes, 1 portion of Zinger wings, 2 Colonel Burger meal and 1 Streetwise 2 . We specifically asked to not have the zinger sauce on the burgers, but only realizing when we started eating our burgers that it had the zinger sauce on it. The zinger sauce is hot and and we couldn't enjoy our lunch as you cant taste anything that your eating besides your lips and tongue burning, seriously we couldn't even eat and enjoy our lunch. the Colonel burgers was burnt and not the normal as it should be . the Streetwise 2 meal's chicken was burnt as well and the zinger wings was oily and smells like it was deep fried in old oil yuck! we even took pics of the food. Is this the type of food you say is " so good KFC Good to Go" and " One good thing on top of another"?
