To the manager of KFC Jabulani Mall:

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have been experiencing in your establishment. For some time now, this has been happening. When I get to KFC Jabulani Mall to buy either a Krusher or Ice Cream after 20h00, I'm always told that the Krusher or Ice Cream IPHELILE (meaning out of stock). Funny enough the operating hours are until 22h00. I normally knock-off at 19h00 at work (in Sandton) and i can't buy a Krusher or Ice Cream in Sandton, clearly by the time i get home, in Jabulani, it would have melted. I drive all the way telling myself that i'll buy either of these at KFC Jabulani Mall, only to be told the stuff is out of order, at 20h00 nogal.

I hope to hear back from you about this incident, as clearly I am not the only customer experiencing this. While I wish to stay loyal to your products, as I have done throughout the years, you need to understand that I expect a certain quality in return for my money and KFC is no longer providing this for me.
