Absolutely Disgusted!!!

I can NOT believe the service my family and received from Spur, really now I felt as though I was doing Spur a favour in dining there, 1stly we ordered drinks the one coffee had a piece of spinach in it, now the food and drinks kitchen are in different places how is it possible for that to happen, the manger Papie comes to the table and says he is sorry and then sends a waiter with another coffee, who will want to drink that after finding something in, then we order dessert and two orders come and after 30 mins half a waffle comes to the table and then after 15mins another waffle comes to the table and then after 15mins another half waffle comes by this time we had all lost our appetite, the manner in which Nelly the waitress had spoken to us was really rude and not called for do not argue with the customer trying to prove a point, I am in shock at the way the quality of the food and service came across...
