Terrible Service

On Saturday we decided to try the Nino's in Sanridge for Breakfast. I wish we had chosen another Restaurant. From the first moment we sat down, the service was shocking. I ordered something not on the Menu - A Croissant, with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with Lemon wedges on the side. Not Rocket Science - but clearly too much for our waitress to comprehend. While we were waiting, i ordered a Rock Shandy - 5 x from 2 different waiters, which I never received. When our food came - there was not a lemon wedge in sight. When I asked the waitress for the lemon wedges, she vanished, arriving 20 minutes later to tell me there is no lemon, they need to go and buy lemon. At this stage, my croissant was soggy, my eggs were cold, and my rock shandy was nowhere in sight. I asked to see the manager, which also never happened. I had an appointment at 12 - and although a half hearted attempt was made, to offer me fresh eggs, time did not allow for this. What an absolute waste of time and money...
