Manager unhelpful, delayed service, reheated food

On Nov 9 we went to Tashas for my birthday breakfast. There were 10 of us and they will not take bookings. I queued for 1 1/2 hours to get a table. This is ridiculous. We then ordered food and my husband asked for soft poached eggs. They came hard. He sent them back and they left him with the rest of his food. We had all finished our food when his eggs came - we had to remind them.By then his other food was cold. We complained and they took his other food and reheated it. The bacon was now hard and inedible. When we told the manager he said 'IKNOW'. and did not apologise. This was a horrible way to spend my birthday.
