Debonairs Pizza
Hour wait and no orde

Phoned to order Debonairs pizza at 17:45 on Saturday 18/1/2013. After taking my order and details and confirming them with me, the lady said that my order would be delivered within 45 minutes. An hour later when no pizza had arrived, I phoned them again and after giving her my phone number she confirmed my name and then said that there was no order for me as they had a system problem and the computer didn't save my name (After repeating my name to me when I gave her my cell number).
This is the first time I have tried Debonairs and will definately stick to Romans pizza. Even though they are 10 times busier, their service is 100 times better.
